- First National Bank of Hutchinson (FNB) established on the corner of Sherman and Main (where the main bank continues to operate today)

- Trust powers granted to FNB

- Farm Management Services (then known as the Farm Management Department) begins, the first farm management group in Kansas

- Department growth necessitates move to the 8th floor of First National Center
- During this time period two investment options were offered to customers via a common trust fund (either a choice of a pool of bonds and stocks)

- First Officer hired to manage Investment Management Services

- Current President and CEO, R.A. Edwards, hired
- Nation Meyer, previous president, named Chairman of the Board
- Officer hired to start what is now known as Retirement Plan Services
- Tedd Kimmel, current Senior Vice President and Manager, Farm Management Services hired
- $58 million in assets under management

- Surpassed $100 million in assets under management

- Surpassed 100,000 acres under management

- Perry Winter, current Senior Vice President and Manager, Investment Management Services, hired

- Trust assets physically held in FNB’s vault transferred to Bank of New York (BONY) - custodians of most trust assets held nationwide

- Surpassed 150,000 acres under management

- Surpassed $400 million in assets under management
- Rod Jones, Vice President, Business Development hired

- Surpassed 200,000 acres under management

- State-of-the-art record keeping software implemented allowing for real time processing of transactions and online account access

- Nancy Andervich, current Vice President and Manager, Personal Trust Services, hired
