
Trust/Investment Log-in ► Proceed to Trust/Investment Log-in Account Access New Procedures Recently Implemented
A new system for accessing your accounts was launched on 2/13/09. The first time you log on to the new system, use your current username and password. You will be directed to establish a new password that meets the new password standards set by the system. Please choose a new password that is at least eight characters and includes three of the following four items: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. For example, password1 would not satisfy the requirements, but Password1 or *Password would. If your current password already meets the standards, you will not need to establish a new password. (Note: to maintain security we recommend that you do not use the examples provided here.) The first time you log in, you will also be directed to your user profile. Please provide an email address and review your user profile. The system provides a new feature that will send a temporary password to the email address provided should you ever lose or forget your password. After you have updated and saved your profile, we recommend you go to the Account tab. From the Account tab, you can see individual account summaries. You can also navigate to Transactions, Pending Trades, Holdings, and Tax Lots. You can customize your view on each of those pages by clicking on the Customize link on the right side of the page. You will also see a Statements tab. Please note that access to online statements is not available automatically to those with web access to their accounts. If you would like to receive e-statements rather than paper statements, please contact your account administrator. You can further customize information about your accounts via the Dashboard. The information on this page is generated based on all of the accounts tied to your username (up to six). You can choose which accounts appear on this page. Go to the Setup Dashboard link on the page. You can check or uncheck boxes by the accounts you wish to appear, and customize the other information that appears on the Dashboard. As you explore the new site, please note that you can change the default page you see when you first log in to your account. You can select that on the Settings page by selecting the Profile tab. An online help menu is available. To access the help menu, click on the question mark near the top right of the page.
