Executive Vice President and Manager, First Wealth Management

Curtis joined First National Bank of Hutchinson in 2009. Prior to joining The First, Curtis was the Wealth Management Executive Vice President of Citizens Bank & Trust, Kansas City, MO for eight years. He was also a partner for over 10 years with a CPA firm and served as an adjunct faculty member at William Woods University, Fulton, MO where he taught Accounting and Statistics. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Minor in Computer Data Processing from what is now known as Missouri State University.

Curtis holds the credentials of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA). He completed the Cannon Trust School I, II and III and the American Bankers’ Association Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.

Senior Vice President and Manager, First Wealth Management

Rod Jones joined the First National Bank of Hutchinson Trust Department in 1997. He is responsible for business development for Personal Trust Services, Retirement Plan Services, Investment Management Services and Farm Management Services and also serves as an account administrator. After receiving a B.S. from Emporia State University in 1983 and working for a regional CPA firm, he spent 13 years with the trust and estate planning division of Bank IV.

Rod served as a Director of the Trust Division for the Kansas Bankers Association. He also served the Hutchinson community as a Board Member of the Hutchinson YMCA, a Board Member of the Wheatbelt Area Girl Scouts and a Board Member of the Hutchinson Boys and Girls Club

Vice President and Manager, Personal Trust Services

Nancy Andervich joined the First National Bank of Hutchinson Trust Department in 2006. Nancy received a B.A. in American History from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. She served as a staff attorney with Kansas Legal Services for five years and engaged in the private practice of law as a solo practitioner for four years.

Nancy is presently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for Wesley Towers and as Chair of the Board’s Development Committee. She is the President of the Board of Directors of the Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Center, Inc. She is a member of the Kansas Women Attorneys Association and a member of the Reno County, Kansas and American Bar Associations.

Senior Vice President and Manager, Farm Management Services

Tedd joined First National Bank of Hutchinson of Hutchinson in 1981 and was promoted to department manager in 1995. In addition to managing the department, he manages farms in central and southwest Kansas. Tedd earned a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and Farm Management at Kansas State University.

Tedd owns and manages a diversified family farm with cow/calf and stocker cattle operations. Tedd is an Elder at his church and is member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA and the Reno County Food Bank.

Vice President and Manager, Retirement Plan Services

Lee Anne Thompson joined First National Bank of Hutchinson in 2008 and is responsible for the implementation and administration of corporate and individual retirement plans. She received a B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University. Lee Anne began her career as a plan administrator with Dorth Coombs insurance and later became Defined Contribution Plan Manager with Willis Corroon and NestEgg Consulting, Inc. She served three years as Relationship Manager with the Wealth Management department at INTRUST Bank, N.A. After spending eight years as Information Technology Manager at Senseney Music, Inc., Lee Anne returned to retirement plan benefits at the First.

Lee Anne earned her Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) Certificate and is credentialed as a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA). She is active in school mentoring and tutoring programs as well as church events.

Senior Vice President & Manager, Investment Management Services

Perry Winter joined First National Bank in 1983 as the bank’s Audit Officer. In 1986, he transferred to the Investment Department. As manager of Investment Management Services, Perry is responsible for the investments in all Personal Trust Services and Retirement Plan Services accounts and the bank’s investment portfolio and deposit rates. After receiving a B.S. in Accounting from Kansas State University, Perry practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with a Hutchinson-based accounting firm.

Perry has served as a member of the Salvation Army of Hutchinson Advisory Board and as a Board Member of Promise Regional Medical Center. He is active in various church and school organizations.
